Welcome to Firebase
On your iPad or computer, go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
Get started with a Firebase project
PART 1 OF 8 · Create the project
Let's start with a name
Type a simple name for your clinic. Lowercase and dashes — no spaces.
PART 1 OF 8 · Create the project
A few quick choices
The next screens ask about an AI helper, Analytics and your country. Accept the suggestions, choose India, and keep tapping Continue. On the last screen, accept the Analytics terms.
Tip: There are no wrong choices here — the defaults are perfect. It takes a few seconds while Firebase builds your private project, then shows "Your Firebase project is ready."
PART 2 OF 8 · Add your Six Figures helper
Users and permissions
Tap the gear / Settings icon (top-left) → Users and permissions → Add member. You\'ll give your Six Figures helper Owner access — this is what lets them run the final setup (storage rules & security) that finishes your clinic.
Add member
PART 3 OF 8 · Turn on the plan
Upgrade your plan
Photo storage needs the pay-as-you-go plan. Click upgrade, then on the right-hand option — Blaze · pay-as-you-go — tap Select plan.
Spark
Free, limited
Blaze
Pay as you go
Tip: Blaze stays free until you use a lot. A normal clinic stays within the free amount.
PART 3 OF 8 · Turn on the plan
Billing & safety budget
Tap Create a Cloud Billing Account, choose India, add your card or UPI. Set a small safety budget like ₹100 — it only emails you, it's not a charge. Then link it.
Plan change completed successfully. Tap Done — your project is now pay-as-you-go.
PART 4 OF 8 · Turn on sign-in
Authentication
Open Authentication → Get started. Turn on the ways you'll sign in.
Email / Password
Google
Both Email/Password and Google are on — you can always get in. Pick your email as the support email and Save.
PART 5 OF 8 · The one step you must not skip
Authorized domains
Still in Authentication, tap the Settings tab → Authorized domains. This is the list of websites your clinic trusts to log in.
localhostDefault
sixfigures.inCustom
www.sixfigures.inCustom
dental-os-8f1fb.web.appCustom
Don't skip: add all three exactly — no https://, no spaces: sixfigures.in, www.sixfigures.in, dental-os-8f1fb.web.app. This is the step people forget.
PART 6 OF 8 · Turn on photo storage
Storage
Under Databases and storage, open Storage → Get started. Keep the suggested no-cost location, then choose production mode.
Start in production mode
Start in test mode
Tip: Don't change the location — the default is right. Production mode keeps your files private.
PART 7 OF 8 · Enter your configuration
Add a web app
On your project's home page, tap Add app next to your project name, then choose the Web option — the small code icon. Give it a nickname and Register.
