Disclaimer & User Agreement

This Disclaimer forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is shown to every user before starting a trial or subscription. By using Six Figures you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. A tool, not a doctor

Six Figures is practice/business management software. It is not a medical device, gives no medical advice, performs no diagnosis, and does not replace the professional judgment of a qualified practitioner. All clinical decisions, prescriptions, and treatment outcomes are solely the practitioner's responsibility.

2. Patient & customer data — your custody

Your records are stored in your own Google Firebase project, under your ownership and control. You are the data fiduciary for the patient/customer data you collect. You agree to obtain any consents required from your patients/customers and to comply with the DPDPA 2023 and applicable record-keeping regulations.

3. No responsibility for data loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Figures, its creators, and its team are not responsible or liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, leakage, or unavailability of any data — including patient records, customer records, photos, documents, invoices, or messages — whether caused by user error, staff actions, device or disk failure, internet outages, Google/Firebase or Cashfree service interruptions, malware on your devices, mis-configured security rules, or any other cause. You agree to maintain your own regular backups (the local archive folder and periodic exports) of all important data.

4. Service availability

We aim for the Service to be reliable, but it is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the product evolves.

5. Communications you send

Messages (WhatsApp/SMS/email) composed or triggered through the Service are sent by you, under your name and number; their content and legal compliance are your responsibility.

6. Acceptance

Ticking the agreement box at signup, or continued use of the Service, constitutes your acceptance of this Disclaimer, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
