Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 June 2026 · Six Figures (sixfigures.in)

These Terms govern your use of Six Figures (sixfigures.in, our web, desktop and mobile applications). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

1. The Service

Six Figures is a management software for dental practices and equipment/material dealers: records, appointments, photos, notes, quotes, repairs, invoicing, and marketing tools. It is licensed, not sold. We may add, change, or retire features to improve the Service.

2. Your account and your cloud

3. Trial and subscription

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service; use it for unlawful purposes; upload malicious code; send spam through its messaging tools; or violate patients'/customers' privacy rights. WhatsApp/SMS content you send must comply with applicable law and platform policies.

5. Professional responsibility (clinics)

Six Figures is an administrative tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace professional judgment. The treating practitioner remains solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, record-keeping obligations, and regulatory compliance.

6. Data responsibility and backups

Important: while the Service includes sync and offline-archive conveniences, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data (including the local archive folder and periodic exports). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six Figures is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of data — including patient or customer records — howsoever caused, including user error, device failure, third-party (Google/Cashfree) outages, or connectivity issues.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to Six Figures / Dr. Kedar Bakshi. Content you create (your records, photos, templates) remains yours; you grant us only the technical permissions needed to operate the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify Six Figures against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your professional services, or your handling of patient/customer data.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for other users, with notice where practicable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
