Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions of Six Figures purchased through our payment partner Cashfree.
1. Free trial first — pay only when sure
Every new account starts with a free trial so you can evaluate the full Service before paying anything. We encourage you to test thoroughly during the trial.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from within the app or by contacting us at +91 93222 50741 / malharkbakshi@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. No further charges occur after cancellation.
3. Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g., double payment, charged after cancellation): refunded in full once verified.
- Failed transactions where money was debited but the subscription was not activated: refunded automatically by Cashfree/your bank, typically within 5–7 working days; contact us if it takes longer.
- First subscription payment: if the Service does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.
- Renewal payments are otherwise non-refundable for partial unused periods, since you may cancel anytime before renewal.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Cashfree within 7–10 working days of approval.
5. Your data after cancellation
Your data lives in your own Firebase project and remains yours after cancellation — access to the software ends, your data does not.
